Kuwait begins to mediate Qatar crisis with Saudi Arabia

Kuwait's ruler is going to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday for talks with King Salman over a Gulf Arab dispute with Qatar. The Emir is acting as a mediator between Qatar and 3 Gulf Arab states which severed diplomatic ties with Doha.
