U.S. Speaker Ryan cautions over quick judgement on Comey memo

U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan has cautioned against a rush to judgement regarding an alleged memo causing an uproar in Washington. Ryan says all the facts are needed, including the memo, to see if the president tried to interfere in an FBI investigation into former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn.
