Sea lion drags girl into water off Steveston dock in Richmond, B.C., saved by man jumping into water

A Richmond resident captured dramatic video on Saturday showing a sea lion grabbing a young girl by the dress and dragging her into the water off a dock at Steveston in Richmond, B.C before being saved by a man who jumped into the water after her. A marine mammal expert says it's likely the animal made mistake, thinking the dress was a piece of fish. It appeared that no one was injured in the incident.
