Ontario Legislature member Jagmeet Singh is expected to make the widely anticipated announcement Monday night that he is jumping into the federal NDP leadership race. Singh, a young and charismatic presence at Queen's Park, will shake up the race to replace Tom Mulcair when New Democrats vote for a new leader this fall.
