Federal inmate dies by suicide after 118 days in solitary confinement

Guy Langlois took his own life on April 24 after spending 118 days in solitary confinement at a federal institution in New Brunswick, CBC News has learned. The inmate had a long history of mental illness and had been transferred multiple times. In fact, he was due to be sent to B.C. on the day he died.
