Employed and homeless: Housing crisis in Nunavut hamlet forces shelter to expand

Despite working full time at a grocery store in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut, Donny Angulalek is one of eight men living in a new homeless shelter. A housing shortage in the hamlet is so dire, the shelter is already planning to expand its operations.
