AMBER ALERT: A 2 year-old girl, Eva Kaminski, has been abducted in Rain River, Ontario, near the Manitoba border. She is white, 3 feet 2 inches tall and was last seen wearing pink penguin pyjamas. The suspect is Brad Farand, 36, white, 6 feet tall with brown hair & eyes. He's driving a 2012 Black Dodge Caravan Ont. plate: CBX-S626
