Russia and U.S. in tense talks over Syria

​Russia's top diplomat and the U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson engaged in blunt talk Wednesday at a meeting to discuss Syria. Tillerson accused Russia of covering up for Syria in a chemical attack on its own people. The Russians said the U.S. attack on a Syrian airfield was unlawful.
