Quebec to eventually ban pit bulls, public security minister says

The Quebec government's long-awaited legislation on dangerous dogs, including pit bulls and other breeds reputed to be potentially dangerous, was tabled this morning. Quebec Public Security Minister Martin Coiteux says pit bulls will eventually be banned across the province.
