Truck attack on soldiers kills four, injures at least 15 in Jerusalem

At least four people have been killed and 15 injured after a truck rammed into a group of Israeli soldiers. Paramedics say several people were trapped under the truck. Officials are calling this an act of terrorism and the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, says the attacker was a supporter of ISIS.
