Table for 1,000, please: big birthday dinner planned for Parliament Hill

On Aug. 27. Wellington Street will be shut down between Elgin and O'Connor streets to host a dinner for 1000 in celebrating Canada's 150th birthday - all in the shadow of the Peace Tower.
