U.N. Security Council passes resolution demanding end to Israeli settlements

The United Nations Security Council has passed a resolution that condemns "Israeli settlements" on occupied Palestinian territory. The resolution passed 14 to 0, with the United States abstaining from the vote. Israel's Energy Minister says the United States abandoned them.
