Snow, heavy winds heading toward eastern Quebec, Atlantic

A low-pressure system is heading up the Eastern Seaboard, says Environment Canada, and its "rapid, even explosive, development" will turn it into a major storm that will bring 20 to 50 centimetres of snow and high winds to some areas of the country.
