Ismael Habib confesses to whipping Syrian prisoner, supporting ISIS in Mr. Big sting

Mere days before his arrest, Ismael Habib, 29, was the subject of a Mr. Big-style undercover operation in Montreal, in which he confessed to whipping a prisoner while in Syria and said he knew of other young Muslims in Montreal "hot" to go overseas.
