Civilians and rebels should be able to start leaving Aleppo again, after the previous evacuation deal broke down into fighting. A new deal was reached on Saturday, allowing "humanitarian cases" to leave two Syrian villages near Aleppo, which would lead to resuming the evacuation of eastern Aleppo.
