Ex-Quebec judge Jacques Delisle, convicted of murder, denied bail

Jacques Delisle has been denied bail while he awaits a rare ministerial review of his case. The former judge was convicted of killing his wife Nicole Rainville in 2012 and wanted to be released from prison as he awaits the review which could lead to a retrial.
