OPEC's 14-nation cartel has agreed to lower the ceiling on oil output to support faltering prices. Crude oil prices immediately rallied after it was agreed to cut 1.1 million BDP. The deal came after the Saudis agreed to a cut but allowed Iran to raise their output.
