Week-long Syrian ceasefire ends but talks not over says U.S.

The Syrian government says the ceasefire that was brokered by the U.S. and Russia, has fallen apart at the end of its first week. An aid convoy destined for Aleppo is still stuck in Turkey. The U.S. says it's willing to maintain truce, but Syria and Russia aren't.
