New York bomb explosion was terrorism although no link to international terrorism: Gov. Cuomo

New York governor Andrew Cuomo says though he considers the detonated bomb in Manhattan on Saturday nigh to be terrorism and will be treated as such, there is no proof as of yet that the explosion that injured 29 has any link to international terrorism.
