Correctional service admits 'staff misconduct' in inmate's death

Correctional Service Canada has fired one staff member and disciplined three others after the death of Matthew Hines, an inmate at Dorchester Penitentiary in New Brunswick. RCMP have reopened the investigation into Hines’s 2015 death.
