1 dead, haz mat teams still on scene following explosions, fire on Metropolitan

The fire is out, but one person is dead and more than 100 firefighters remain on the scene to clean up after a tanker truck carrying flammable liquids caught fire and exploded in a rush-hour collision, sending black smoke billowing over Montreal.
