Canada's Commonwealth agenda: Special climate session, Trudeau toast to Queen

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will toast the Queen tonight during a special banquet at the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Malta. A special session on climate change is also on the agenda.
