Canadian expats still feel 'a lot of bitterness' over lack of vote

Pre-election buzz may be strong in Canada, with solid advance turnout numbers, but for the estimated 1.4 million Canadian expats living abroad who won't be allowed to cast a ballot, the feeling is less intense. But that doesn't mean they won't be watching from afar.
