No way for Alberta to avoid recession, ATB's Todd Hirsch says

As recently as June, ATB Financial chief economist Todd Hirsch thought Alberta could pull off growth this year. Now, Hirsch says, the market meltdown and persistently low oil prices mean that there's no way to avoid a recession.
