Ray Tensing, University of Cincinnati officer in Samuel DuBose shooting, pleads not guilty

University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing has pleaded not guilty in his first court appearance today on murder and manslaughter charges after a traffic stop led to the shooting death of a black motorist.
